Eagul Faigen is a property lawyer based in Perth.

Eagul has broad experience handling large-scale property transactions for public and private sector clients, including REIT’s, major banks, retailers and developers.

As well as advising clients on a diverse range of property transactions and related documentation, Eagul negotiates and prepares a wide range of commercial property documentation, including heads of agreements, option agreements, contracts of sale, development agreements, joint ventures and commercial and industrial leases.

Eagul has extensive experience acting for Airport, Tourism and Liquor Licensing clients and has worked in other practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, managed investment schemes, corporate compliance, banking and finance and insolvency.
