Calgary advised Canbriam on an acquisition of Suncor's BC mineral holdings

Our Calgary office advised Canbriam Energy on the acquisition of Suncor’s northeast British Columbia mineral land holdings and C$52m in exchange for a 37 percent equity interest in Canbriam.

Canbriam Energy Inc. is a private exploration company focused on finding and developing over-pressured, liquids rich natural gas resources in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

The team was led by Kirk Litvenenko, and included Dion Legge, Wayne Fedun and Jason Giborski.
