Montreal and Toronto advise Bank of America on a credit facility in favour of Maine Machine Products Company and Trimaster Manufacturing Inc., among others for US$20m

Our Montreal and Toronto office acted as Canadian counsel to Bank of America, N.A., as Agent in connection with a new secured asset-based revolving credit facility in the principal amount of US $20,000,000.
