Montreal and Toronto advised Bank of America on credit facility to Williams Scotsman for US$1.425bn

August 18, 2018 Client: Bank of America

Our Montreal and Toronto offices acted as Canadian counsel to Bank of America in its US$1.425bn senior secured financing of Williams Scotsman and its acquisition of Modular Space Holdings.

With the addition of ModSpace, Williams Scotsman manages more than 160,000 modular space and portable storage units serving an even broader customer base from over 120 locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

The company financed the acquisition through a combination of net proceeds from the company’s recent equity and debt offerings and borrowings under its revolving credit facility.

The team included Arnold Cohen (Montreal) and Noah Schein (Toronto).
