November 2, 2018 Client: Bank of America

Our Montreal and Toronto offices acted as Canadian counsel to Bank of America, as agent and lender, on the closing of the acquisition by Q.E.P. Co. Inc. QEP and Roberts Company Canada Limited entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement, and the hardwood floors division of Kraus Carpets was acquired after approval of the transaction under the Companies Creditor’s Arrangement Act in Canada and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
