Norton Rose Fulbright Tops the Financial Post League Tables in Q2 2016

Norton Rose Fulbright received the #1 ranking by deal value for legal counsel to underwriters on both equity and debt offerings this week by The Financial Post’s corporate finance league table results for the second quarter of 2016.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised underwriters on seven deals worth a total of $6.42 billion, including TransCanada Corp.’s $4.42 billion offering of subscription receipts, the largest equity deal of the quarter and the largest bought deal in Canadian history.

Norton Rose Fulbright also ranked second by deal count for legal counsel to issuers on both equity and debt offerings, advising issuers on eight financings worth a total of $5.48 billion completed in the second quarter of 2016.
