Ottawa—Norton Rose OR is pleased to announce that Paul Amirault is joining our Ottawa office as a partner in our Business Law Group. Paul’s practice is focused on securities and mergers and acquisitions with emphasis on the technology sector.

“Paul is a tremendous addition to our Ottawa team and the global Norton Rose Group,” says Grant Jameson, National Co-Chair of Norton Rose OR’s Business Law Group and Managing Partner of our Ottawa office. “He’s very experienced in the Ottawa market, serving clients from start-ups to larger companies. Paul works with public and private companies, as well as venture capital and private equity funds, and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. He was previously a founding member and partner of an Ottawa-based business law firm.
