Ottawa—Norton Rose OR is pleased to announce that Paul Amirault is joining our Ottawa office as a partner in our Business Law Group. Paul’s practice is focused on securities and mergers and acquisitions with emphasis on the technology sector.

“Paul is a tremendous addition to our Ottawa team and the global Norton Rose Group,” says Grant Jameson, National Co-Chair of Norton Rose OR’s Business Law Group and Managing Partner of our Ottawa office. “He’s very experienced in the Ottawa market, serving clients from start-ups to larger companies. He also has a great deal of cross-border experience working on transactions with international businesses. He’ll serve our clients extremely well.”

Paul works with public and private companies, as well as venture capital and private equity funds, and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. He was previously a founding member and partner of an Ottawa-based business law firm.
