Victoria Riley is developing a broad business law practice with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters.
Ms. Riley joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2013, and returned to complete her articles in 2014 and 2015. During that time, she was seconded to the legal department of the Bank of Nova Scotia, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of transactions.
While at law school, Ms. Riley was a representative on Osgoode’s student caucus and the chair of Osgoode’s equity & diversity committee appointments group. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Riley specialized in accounting and strategic management and worked at a large international accounting firm in its financial institutions audit group.
