Andrew Schafer advises clients on a variety of labour and employment matters, including labour relations, human rights, workers' compensation, wrongful dismissals, unjust dismissals, employment standards, compensation and pension and benefits issues, and business immigration. He also prepares various labour and employment agreements such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, restrictive covenants, return to work agreements, and workplace policies. Mr. Schafer also assists with various corporate transactions by advising both purchasers and vendors on labour and employment due diligence matters.
