Simone Nash is building a broad practice in business law with a focus on banking, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance and securities matters.
Ms. Nash joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2015 and returned to complete her articles in 2016 and 2017. During this time, she was seconded to the legal department of the Bank of Nova Scotia, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of transactions.
While at law school, Ms. Nash was a research assistant and a representative on Western's Student Legal Society. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and participated in the Corporate/Securities Law Moot.
