Peter Haslam is a banking lawyer based in Hong Kong and is the head of our Hong Kong banking and finance team. His area of practice covers a broad range of international banking activities including project finance, restructurings, acquisition finance, capital markets transactions and syndicated loans.
Peter read law at Emmanuel College, Cambridge. He qualified as a solicitor in the UK, joined us in 1981 and qualified in Hong Kong in 1983. He became a partner in 1989.
