Norton Rose Fulbright advises Litos Immobilien AG on the acquisition of SüdEtagen in Hamburg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised real estate company Litos Immobilien AG on the purchase of the office property “SüdEtagen” in Hamburg City-Süd. The purchase was executed via Munich-based asset manager Kriton Immobilien GmbH. The purchase price was EUR 20.25 million.
The building comprises approximately 10,200 sqm of office space, an underground car park and is to 90 percent let. Litos Immobilien AG intends to fully lease the property, built in 2002. City Süd is one of the strongest industrial and office submarkets in the Hanseatic city.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team included Munich partner Maren Stölting, of counsel Sabine Meinert and associate Stefanie Mösges (all corporate / real estate). The team also advised Litos Immobilien AG on the purchase of three office properties in the Oberhaching industrial park in August 2016.
