Norton Rose Fulbright expands capital markets practice in Frankfurt

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce Dr. Benedikt Gillessen has joined as partner in the Frankfurt office. His appointment will further enhance the firm’s capital market practice in Frankfurt. Dr. Gillessen specialises in the area of equity capital markets (ECM).

Dr. Benedikt Gillessen’s has long-standing experience in the area of equity capital markets, which also comprises corporate-law advice primarily for listed public limited companies. He has more than 15 years of experience in advising national and international issuers and investment banks in connection with initial public offerings, capital increases, convertible bonds, public takeovers, delistings and similar capital market transactions involving complex cross-border structures.
