Dr. Daniela Loy is an employment lawyer in Munich.
She advises companies on employment law issues arising in their day-to-day business. Daniela supports companies in the planning and implementation of personnel measures and the conclusion of works agreements. Another focus of her work lies on employment law advice in the context of national and international corporate transactions.
Daniela studied law in Augsburg and Washington, D.C. and graduated in 2009. She passed the second state examination and was admitted to the bar in 2011. During her traineeship (Referendariat) Daniela already focussed on employment and labour law. She wrote her doctoral thesis on an employment and corporate law topic.
A German native speaker, she is also fluent in English and has a good level of Italian.
