Norton Rose Fulbright Paris promotes Nadège Martin to partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce that Nadège Martin has been promoted to partner in the Paris office.

Nadège advises a wide range of clients from various industry sectors on all aspects of IT, data privacy and IP laws, including: outsourcing and sourcing, XaaS licensing, data protection and the Internet (including e-commerce, m-commerce, digital projects, GDPR compliance programs, data breaches and other cybercriminality events) as well as copyright and trademark licensing work.

Nadège also has extensive dispute resolution experience related to IT and IP, including issues involving IT projects, software and database infringements, e-reputation or defamation, unfair or illegal competition, as well as copyright and trademark infringements. She is fluent in English and French.
