Arnaud Bélisaire is a project, corporate and banking lawyer based in Paris where he has been an over active member of the energy team for the past eight years. Arnaud was appointed as partner in May 2011.
Arnaud has been involved in a number of wind farm and solar acquisition and financing transactions and in other infrastructure financing in the energy sector, mainly on corporate, property, regulatory and contractual aspects (among other things, negotiation of share purchase agreements, turnkey and turbine supply agreements). Arnaud also assists clients in transactions related to solar power plants. He is also involved in the works of the photovoltaic commission “SOLER” and he is a member of the solar power association “Enerplan”.
Arnaud obtained a degree in French and British Law from the University of Rennes and a postgraduate degree (LLM) in International Law from the University of Exeter. He also studied at the University in Aix-en-Provence where he was awarded with two other postgraduate Law degrees (DESS and DJCE). He has been admitted to the Paris Bar in April 2000.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised listed Italian energy company Falck Renewables S.p.A, through its France-based subsidiary Falck Energies Renouvelables SAS, on the acquisition, for an expected price of approximately EUR 37m, of a portfolio of five operating wind farms totaling an installed capacity of 59.5MW, with an expected annual total output of 117 GWh, from clean energy investor Glennmont Clean Energy Cooperatief U.A..
