Martin Gdanski is a banking and finance lawyer based in Paris.
Martin focuses on domestic and international banking and structured finance transactions including transport finance, acquisition finance and structured finance. He is also experienced in secured transactions in sub-Saharan francophone African countries subject to the “OHADA” system of uniform laws.
Martin has now particular responsibility for our Paris-based knowledge management system.
Martin began his legal career with a New York legal practice and moved to its Paris office in 1978 before becoming a partner in a large French legal practice in 1988. He joined the Paris practice in 1993.
Martin is admitted to practice in France and New York.
