Norton Rose Fulbright con Ju’Sto e Full Spot per il controllo di O-Bag

Norton Rose Fulbright, con un team composto dal partner Ilario Giangrossi, insieme all’Of Counsel Chiara Bicci e agli associate Martina di Sano e Giuseppe Colombo, ha assistito l’imprenditore Simone Dalla Libera, le società Ju’Sto e Ju’Store ed il fashion designer Emanuele Magenta, nella negoziazione e redazione degli accordi con cui è stato definito l’assetto proprietario di Full Spot e di tutte le altre società del noto gruppo che produce e commercializza le borse O-Bag.

L’accordo, che segna il definitivo passaggio del capitale sociale di Full Spot all’Ing. Michele Zanella, giunge all’esito di una serie di contenziosi, sia in Italia sia in Inghilterra, di natura corporate e IP fra i due fondatori di Full Spot, Simone Dalla Libera (oggi proprietario di Ju’Sto) e Michele Zanella.
