Norton Rose Fulbright advises Synlab Group in connection with the acquisition of Mater Dei by SDN

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised SDN Istituto di Ricera Diagnostica e Nucleare (SDN), the Italian division of Synlab Group, on labour law and workers’ union issues related to the acquisition of Mater Dei SRL, the owner and operator of numerous clinical labs in Salerno.

Synlab Group is the largest European clinical laboratory service provider, with more than 17,000 employees in 30 countries, and SDN has over 200 employees in Italy.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Milan-based partner and Head of Italy, Attilio Pavone, assisted by associates Giorgio Manca and trainee Marco Regalia.
