Ryan Shewchuk advises and acts for clients on a broad range of income tax and GST/HST matters, with particular emphasis on flow-through shares and corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisition transactions, private equity structures and owner-manager tax planning, and corporate restructurings.
He has advised domestic corporations on the acquisition and divestiture of assets within and outside Canada and foreign corporations on the acquisition and divesture of Canadian-based assets.
