Paul Vine is a banking lawyer based in Amsterdam. He runs the English finance team and has particular expertience in structured finance, corporate restructuring, banking regulation and insolvency.
His team focuses on outbound finance – particularly DFIs, STCF, ECA backed financings and food & agri, and market infrastructure advisory – advising financial institutions on brokerage, custody, clearing and fintech.
Paul joined the practice in 1994 and qualified in 1996. Apart from having spent some time in Moscow and Central America as general counsel of a private equity fund, and then with Shell International, Paul has spent his whole career with the practice
He is a regular speaker at conferences and has written widely on finance issues. Paul is also a contributor to the corporate reference work, Gore-Browne on Companies.
