Kevin Hogarth

Kevin Hogarth

Global Director of People & Culture

With over 30 years of HR experience, predominately in professional and financial services, Kevin Hogarth has substantial knowledge of talent management, organizational development and business transformation.

Kevin leads our people and development and knowledge management teams globally. He also has responsibility for the Norton Rose Fulbright Institute. It is through the Institute that our clients and people access our professional and technical knowledge, industry analysis and insights and training and development opportunities.

Philip Williams

Philip Williams

Global Director of Knowledge

Philip Williams is responsible for the development and implementation of our knowledge management strategy worldwide. He is based in London.

Philip has extensive experience creating and implementing global knowledge management systems in the professional services sector. During his career, he has designed appropriate roles, responsibilities, workflow processes, system architecture and content requirements for a number of management consultancies and professional services firms, including LEK Consulting and Ernst & Young.

Carolann Edwards

Global Director of Learning and Development

Carolann Edwards develops and implements our learning and development strategy globally. As a trainer, coach and internal consultant, Carolann specializes in management, business and organizational development. She has extensive experience designing and delivering performance improvement training and consultancy to our lawyers and clients.

Amanda Stoner

Global Head of Client Products and Legal Training

Amanda Stoner has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, both as a qualified lawyer and in the provision of business services support. She is responsible for developing our global program of value-added services for clients and ensuring the quality and consistency of our client knowledge.

Fiona Evans

Fiona Evans

Director of Knowledge, Asia Pacific

Fiona Evans is responsible for knowledge management and legal training in Asia and Australia. She and her team provide our lawyers with the documents and knowledge that underpin a consistent and top-quality service, collaborating with the global team to develop innovative tools that promote efficient delivery of work to clients.

Fiona trained and practiced in our London office before joining The Institute team. She moved to our Sydney office in 2011 and has headed our APAC knowledge team since 2013.

Sukesh Kamra

Sukesh Kamra

Director of Knowledge, Canada and Latin America

Sukesh Kamra is a lawyer who leads our knowledge management initiative, overseeing the creation and implementation of a national knowledge management strategy and action plan.

With over 12 years of experience, Sukesh is responsible for developing tools, practice resources and innovative approaches to capture and leverage our tacit and explicit value-added knowledge to efficiently deliver legal services to our clients. He is also responsible for the overall direction of our National Library & Intelligence Service.

Saskia Mehlhorn

Director of Knowledge, United States

Based in Houston, Saskia Mehlhorn is a trained lawyer who is responsible for the US knowledge sharing framework, overseeing the implementation of a national knowledge management strategy and action plan, and identifying opportunities to use knowledge products to add value to our clients.

Saskia has extensive experience in designing and delivering legal training courses for our legal personnel on a variety of topics, particularly energy law and international arbitration.

Tara Pichardo-Angadi

Tara Pichardo-Angadi

Head of Knowledge, Europe, Middle East, Asia

Tara Pichardo-Angadi is our EMEA head of knowledge. As a French and English lawyer with a background in banking, Tara designs and delivers training internally and to clients. She regularly advises clients regarding their training and access to knowledge.

Tara’s role as head of knowledge covers managing stakeholders' knowledge requirements, developing knowledge plans, feeding into the global knowledge strategy and managing local knowledge teams, budgets and projects.

Cynthia Venter

Cynthia Venter

Head of Knowledge, South Africa

Cynthia Venter, a banking and finance lawyer in Johannesburg, manages and implements our knowledge requirements and legal training and identifies opportunities to use knowledge products to add value for our clients.

Cynthia has extensive experience in project finance-related mining, telecoms and renewable energy projects with a specific emphasis on the security aspects of these transactions. She has considerable experience in cross-border, commercial property and syndicated lending finance transactions and has been involved in a number of high-value local and international transactions.
