Regeneration project
Birmingham City Council wishes to appoint a development partner to bring forward the completion of a regeneration project in Birmingham.  It is anticipated that the project will deliver some 430 new dwellings and a public park.
The project value is £30 million - £40 million.

Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) wishes to procure the construction of a new section of highway between Kettering and Corby.
The project value is £20 million - £25 million.

Gwynedd Council are publishing this PIN in order to interest from prospective contractors to undertake construction of a new primary school.

Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking a development partner to assist in the redevelopment of The Northern Gateway in Chesterfield Town Centre for a major retail-led development.
The project value is £50 million.

Urban development construction project
The Royal Albert Dock site is one of the largest development opportunities in the Royal Docks and one of the largest across London. The London Development Agency (LDA) is seeking a development partner to deliver an employment generating scheme on the site. The LDA does not wish to be prescriptive regarding the overall mix and quantum of development.

Heating plant project PIN
Brent Council requires the design, installation, operation and maintenance of a decentralised energy system which will be combined heat and power (CHP)-based in South Kilburn.
Regeneration project
Falkirk Council wishes to appoint an organisation to undertake the design, construction and financing of improvements to Grangemouth Town Centre.
The project value is £22 million.
