Jehann is a corporate energy and resources lawyer based in Perth.
He has substantial experience in advising private sector clients on energy and resources projects, M&A transactions and joint ventures. His areas of expertise include acquisitions and divestments, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, rail haulage, transaction structuring, foreign investment law and policy, due diligence, land tenure issues and regulatory advice.
Jehann has substantial experience with cross-border transactions in the Asia Pacific region and Africa, and has advised a number of offshore clients investing in Australia.
Jehann is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), the Resources and Energy Law Association Limited (AMPLA) and is on the executive and energy and resources committee of the Australia China Business Council (ACBC).
