Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has been appointed to the aircraft export finance panel of the Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES).
Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, BNDES is one of the largest development banks in the world and offers export credit and other financial support to Brazilian companies.
Andrew Haynes, partner and co-head of Brazil, Norton Rose Fulbright commented:
“BNDES is one of Latin America’s preeminent financial institutions. Growing our financial institution and aviation practices in Latin America is a key objective for the practice. Our appointment to BNDES’ international legal panel is a sign of the strength of our practice in Brazil and the wider Latin America region, our global aviation finance capability, and our extensive experience advising on development bank and export credit agency supported financings.”
