July 15, 2015

Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Lantmännen on its new SEK2.5 billion revolving credit facility arranged by Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank AB (publ), Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ), with Danske Bank A/S as facility agent and Nordea Bank AB (publ) as documentation agent.

Lantmännen is one of the largest groups within food, bio-energy and agriculture in the Nordic region with an annual turnover of approximately SEK33 billion.

Tomas Gärdfors, Head of Nordic, commented:

“Lantmännen have made an incredible journey over the last couple of years and are going from strength to strength. It has been great to have led the team that landed Lantmännen a further, strong commitment from its lenders.”

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Tomas Gärdfors and was assisted by tax partner Matt Hodkin and Katie McDougall.
