Norton Rose Fulbright advises Fattal Hotels on the acquisition and development of Leonardo hotel in Munich

Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Israeli hotel group Fattal Hotels Ltd. on the acquisition and development of a three-star-hotel of the Fattal brand Leonardo in Munich.
In partnership with real estate group Investa Holding GmbH a hotel with 220 rooms and an area of 8,500 sqm will be developed. For this purpose, Investa has already purchased a 4,000 sqm site in Munich-Neuperlach from Stadtwerke München. Financing will be provided by pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. The hotel is scheduled to be opened at the end of 2017.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team in Munich was led by real estate partner Maren Stölting and included real estate finance partner Andrea Spellerberg, real estate associates Christoph Richter and Stefanie Mösges, and banking and finance associate Oliver Paasch.
Fattal Hotels Ltd. is a long-standing client of Norton Rose Fulbright. In 2007 and 2008, Maren Stölting already advised the group on the acquisition and development of the Leonardo Royal Hotels in Berlin and Munich.
