Constanze is an experienced litigator with a focus on commercial real estate and tenancy disputes, which she has been advising on for over 10 years.

Stefan Feuerriegel, head of real estate, Hamburg, comments: “Constanze and her team add significant strength to our practice. Their specific skillset in asset management and litigation adds depth to our existing transactional and development experience and enables us to provide clients with a full-service real estate offering."

Lindsay Morgan, head of real estate for Europe, Middle East and Asia, comments: “Our German real estate practice is an important part of our international business. Constanze and the wider team will work closely with colleagues across Europe and around the world to assist clients investing into and out of Germany.”

Norton Rose Fulbright’s German real estate practice now comprises 26 lawyers, including eight partners. The team  advises clients in Germany, and increasingly more widely across Europe, Asia and America.
