Norton Rose Fulbright expands tax team in Luxembourg

Global law firm has announced that Raphaële Kamoun has joined as senior associate in the Luxembourg office.

Raphaële Kamoun is a tax lawyer. She advises clients on both national and international tax law focusing on real estate, venture capital and banking and finance.

Raphaële has over 9 years’ experience advising on the tax aspects of transactions, including refinancing, debt-buy-backs, mergers & acquisitions (in particular, pre-acquisition structuring and post-acquisition integration), relocation of companies, exploitation/holding of IP rights and tax structuring of real estate investments.
