Carolann Edwards named Professional Services Leader of the Year at Black British Business Awards

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is proud to announce that global director of learning and organisational development, Carolann Edwards, was named Professional Services Leader of the Year at the Black British Business Awards, last night.

The prestigious Black British Business Awards, endorsed by the Prime Minister and Mayor of London, recognise, reward and celebrate exceptional performance and outstanding achievements of black people in businesses operating in Great Britain.

With extensive experience in designing and delivering performance improvement training and consultancy at Norton Rose Fulbright, Carolann leads the implementation of the firm’s learning and development strategy. She has also created career strategies and navigating to success programmes for high potential associates, aimed at increasing the number of talented females to partners at the firm.

Carolann is a member of the global HR leadership team; the Europe, Middle East and Asia diversity and inclusion committee and the steering group of WiN (Women in Norton Rose Fulbright),  the Norton Rose Fulbright women’s group in London.
