Eric Dunberry named Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce that Éric Dunberry, senior litigation partner in the Montreal office, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of this year`s 95 new Fellows admitted to this esteemed organization at a ceremony in Phoenix, Arizona this month.

Eric now joins Norton Rose Fulbright Canadian partners Anne Kirker, Jean Bertrand, Pierre Bienvenu, Pierre Cimon, William Hesler, Clarke Hunter, Olivier Kott and Sophie Melchers, who are also members of the College which recognizes the very best trial lawyers from the United States and Canada.

Called to the Quebec bar in 1987, Eric has vast experience in risk management and litigation, particularly in matters relating to energy, trade, regulation, manufacturer’s and builder’s liability and infrastructure projects. He represents clients before the civil courts and administrative tribunals in civil litigation, class actions and administrative disputes.

With a background in civil engineering and a master’s degree in technology law, he is frequently sought after in commercial and construction cases involving engineering and technology issues.

He has been recognized in class action litigation by Best Lawyers in Canada and featured in class actions in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.

Fellows are invited to join the College after a rigorous vetting process. Membership is only extended to those who have distinguished themselves in trial practice for at least 15 years and who are recognized as leaders in their local communities.
