Norton Rose Fulbright Paris strengthens its corporate team with hire of Alann Le Guillou as of counsel

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is delighted to welcome Alann Le Guillou as of counsel in its corporate team in Paris. Alann will work with Bénédicte Denis, head of the corporate practice in Paris.

Alann Le Guillou advises French and international companies, listed or not, on their M&A transactions – both public and private, local or cross-border –, joint-ventures and restructuring. He also advises French and foreign issuers in the context of stock market transactions such as public offerings, IPOs or bond issues.

Alann Le Guillou is a member of the Paris bar since 2009 and was admitted to the New-York bar in 2008. He holds a master in corporate law (University of Paris 2), a DESS and a DJCE in corporate taxation (University of Aix-Marseille III) and an LLM in corporate law from the Pennsylvania & Wharton Business School.
