Norton Rose Fulbright advises Fattal Hotels Group on the sale and lease back of a hotel in Munich

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Israeli Fattal Hotels Group on the sale of a Leonardo Royal Hotel in Munich to the US real estate investor Invesco Real Estate. The transaction volume amounts to EUR 157 million. Fattal has entered into a lease agreement of the hotel for a 30 year term.

Norton Rose Fulbright has a long-standing client relationship with Fattal Hotel Ltd. Dr. Maren Stölting and Patrick Narr are advising Fattal regularly since 2007, also on the acquisition of the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Moosacher Strasse. The hotel, which was now sold, was built with 424 rooms in 2009 for Fattal by Investa and handed over to the hotel group in 2011.
