New York lawyer named NLJ Fintech Trailblazer

Andrew Lom (New York), who frequently writes articles and delivers speeches about FinTech, was named a 2018 National Law Journal Fintech Trailblazer.
He was honored for his significant legal contributions and active thought leadership in the field of cryptocurrency, blockchain and smart contracts.
The National Law Journal recognizes the great minds and influential lawyers shaping the emerging FinTech industry with its Fintech Trailblazers awards.
In 2013, Lom advised a client on FinTech and the design and launch of a P2P lending product. He recognized the role FinTech could play in finance and that FinTech would become a growing niche area of law.
With an engineering and economics degree from Brown and work experience as a financial and technical analyst, he brings unique perspectives and designs creative solutions to the challenges faced by Fintech and other industries.
