Poupak Bahamin (Washington, DC), US Co-Head of Mining at Norton Rose Fulbright, was named chair of the World Initiative of Mining Lawyers (WIOML).

The WIOML is a non-profit organization founded by lawyers involved in the mining sector. It brings together lawyers from all corners of the planet, and is dedicated to establishing an international forum for mining industry legal professionals to share knowledge and collaborate on ideas relevant to the legal issues facing the industry.

Poupak began serving as an advisory board member at the World Initiative of Mining Lawyers last year.
