Attilio Pavone, Head of Italy and Head of Employment (Italy), comments:

“It is always an honor to be recognized by clients and peers for a job well done. I am thankful that LegalCommunity has a dedicated category for the employment law practice area, so important for businesses in all industry sectors. As for the work that I and my team, especially Senior Associate Giorgio Manca, have done for Synlab, this was particularly rewarding because it is an example of how responsible companies can reconcile technical and organizational needs with making significant improvements in the living and working conditions of its employees. Synlab has set an important example in Italy in reaching an agreement with the unions and we expect other companies may follow suit.”
