Norton Rose advises on the refinancing of Eco-Bat Technologies

International legal practice Norton Rose LLP has advised Barclays Bank plc and ING Bank, a branch of ING-DiBa AG, on the refinancing of loan facilities for Eco-Bat Technologies Group, the world’s largest producer of lead and lead alloys.
A team drawn from four of Norton Rose LLP’s offices advised Barclays and ING on the deal, which will provide Eco-Bat with asset based borrowing and loan facilities which are secured by a multi-jurisdictional security package in Austria, France, Germany, Italy and the UK.
The deal was led by London-based partner James Dunnett assisted by senior associates Tim Waghorn and Andrew Roycroft, associate William Lo and trainee Cynthia Lee.
