Sarah is a senior finance and restructuring partner based in London. Sarah has extensive experience in international and domestic financings and restructurings acting for senior and subordinated lenders, funds, bondholders, sponsors, borrowers and insurance credit providers and has led transactions in various sectors including energy, healthcare, leisure, infrastructure, shipping and technology.
Her recent experience includes acting for a global infrastructure group on its refinancing of its working capital, asset financing and bonding facilities, acting for the lenders in respect of the refinancing to a shipping group based in the oil and gas services sector, acting for the receivables financiers on the restructuring of facilities made available to a global oil refinery group, acting for the mezzanine lenders on the restructuring of its facilities made available to a retail group based in the Netherlands and Belgium, acting for a major export credit agency on the restructuring of a major global renewables energy group, acting for the lenders and subsequently administrators on the restructuring and subsequent administration of a UK based pawnbroker, acting for the company and subsequently administrators on the administration and simultaneous Chapter 11 of a mobile technology group based in 12 jurisdictions.
Sarah spoke in November 2016 in the US at the Turnaround Management Association on the legal issues surrounding Brexit and the potential effects on UK and European businesses.
