Biography
Fran is a corporate lawyer based in London. Fran focuses on cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial agreements in the energy, natural resources, transport and infrastructure sectors.
Fran joined the firm in September 2020. Fran completed a six-month secondment to the legal team of Engie UK prior to qualification.
