Elizabeth graduated with honors on her J.D. thesis titled "El Limite a la Participación Accionaria vista a la luz de la resolución de la SCJN en el caso de Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico vs. grupo México."
- Assisted various companies on several bidding processes in Round 1, Round 2 and farm-outs called by the Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission in auctions of onshore and offshore exploration and extraction blocks in Mexico.
- Represented Mexican energy corporations and attained favorable opinions from the Federal Economic Competition Commission to simultaneously participate in the hydrocarbon transportation and marketing sub-industries.
- Assisted several companies and obtained hydrocarbon marketing permits from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
- Advised various companies on non-supplier marketer registrations and received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
