Peter Norman is a taxation lawyer based in Sydney.

Peter has over 30 years’ taxation law experience providing clients with high-level commercial and tax advice, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance.

Of particular note is Peter’s significant track record in foreign investment, both in acquisitions and expansion into foreign markets. He has represented a number of foreign investors on significant acquisitions of Australian companies or businesses.
