Peter is a specialist real estate lawyer based in Sydney.
Peter’s practice focuses on property development including joint ventures and PPPs, acquisitions and sales, and commercial and industrial leasing, particularly large pre-commitment and development lease deals. His major clients include Stockland, Challenger Financial Services Group, Wesfarmers, FKP, Macquarie University, University of Western Sydney and Citigroup.
Peter is the Global Head of our real estate practice and leader of the real estate group in Australia, and has been instrumental in developing our national real estate practice focussing on listed REITs and large corporate clients.
