Peter Hall is a projects lawyer based in London. He leads our nuclear energy and water groups.
Peter advises on the structuring of transactions, tendering procedures and contract drafting. He regularly acts for governments and government agencies, sponsors and project developers as well as for banks and financial institutions involved in project financing and PPP/PFI projects. His extensive experience encompasses projects around the world including Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the UK and elsewhere Europe.
Peter is a member of the Technology and Construction Court Solicitors Association, an accredited adjudicator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a past lecturer at the Centre of Construction Law and Management at Kings College, University of London. He sits on the City of London Law Society Construction Law Sub Committee.
Peter read law at Bristol University and joined the London practice in 1985. He obtained an Msc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Kings College, London in 1992 before becoming a partner in 1994.
