Femi Solade is a senior associate in the Minneapolis office. Femi has a wide range of experience representing clients in the areas of commercial, products liability, mass tort/disaster, consumer fraud and false advertising litigation. Femi is experienced in the investigation, evaluation, management, mediation and trial of complex business matters.

Femi also has experience representing clients in the area of international trade regulatory and compliance issues, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She represents clients in various industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, construction companies, railroads and rail equipment manufacturers/owners in lawsuits and other proceedings. Femi has defended and managed product liability litigation, including water infiltration and mold litigation. Her experience includes work on a major window manufacturer's national claims on water infiltration and mold issues, directly defending a number of cases and managing several others.
