Representative experience
Michelle advises clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate administration. Michelle's expertise includes wealth transfer and advice on gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax. Michelle also advises fiduciaries on estate and trust administration and has experience representing trust beneficiaries. Michelle has advised clients on matters relating to charitable giving, including forming a private foundation, creating a charitable trust and contributing to a donor advised fund.
