As counsel, Bob Rouder represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes across the United States. Bob has a strong background in health care litigation and the pharmaceutical industry and his litigation practice focuses on unfair trade practices, Lanham Act claims, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.

Before becoming a lawyer, Bob had a long business career principally in the technology sector. He served in a number of positions including as Vice President of a Fortune 500 company.

    • Assisted in representation of a large pharmaceutical company against competitors falsely claiming to offer generic alternatives to their prescription pancreatic enzymes
    • Assisted in representation of a pharmaceutical company against a competitor falsely claiming to offer a generic version of the prescription seborrhea medication
    • Assisted legal team defending global pharmaceutical company against claims of harm arising from vaccine adjuvants
    • Favorably settled a case in which client sought vindication of her rights to retirement funds, which were denied her by a series of tortfeasors, including her bank
