As Counsel, Bob Rouder represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes across the United States. Bob has a strong background in healthcare litigation and the pharmaceutical industry and his litigation practice focuses on unfair trade practices, Lanham Act claims, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bob had a long business career principally in the technology sector. He served in a number of positions including as Vice President of a Fortune 500 company.
