Mr. Goodman is a member of the Structured/Project Finance Group and is also the Partner-in-Charge of the Energy and Real Property Department in its Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Goodman's practice focuses on international project finance (including real estate) in various regions of the world, including power projects, large commercial real estate projects, telecommunications projects, oil and gas projects, petrochemical and manufacturing projects, port projects, water projects and airport projects. He has recently worked on numerous major transactions in Brazil, as well as other major transactions in Guatemala, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Poland, Russia, Senegal, Ghana, Mozambique, Ethiopia, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He also has worked on various domestic project development and finance matters, including a downtown sports arena in Washington, D.C.
