Diversity and inclusion committee

diversity and inclusion

To ensure a continuous focus on diversity and inclusion, the firm has a diversity and inclusion committee which meets quarterly. The committee reviews the work being undertaken within the diversity and inclusion arena and ensures that we promote and manage a culture which values the differences that all employees and communities bring to our business.

Originally set up in 2005, the current committee is co-chaired by our Chairman Stephen Parish and our Managing Partner Martin Scott.  The committee report monthly to the management committee and have implemented initiatives focussing on increasing the number of women partners, widening access to the profession, flexible working and working parents.
