Norton Rose Fulbright advises on landmark Energy from Waste project in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Full Circle Generation Limited on its 14.75 MW Energy from Waste project in Belfast, which reached financial close today. The £107 million project will create a facility with capacity to process up to 180,000mt of feedstock derived from household waste and create 250 construction jobs and at least 20 during operations.

Full Circle is made up of a consortium of equity investors which includes RiverRidge Energy Limited, UK Green Investment Bank plc (GIB), Equitix and P3P Partners. The design, build and operate contracts were awarded to French construction group Bouygues Energies and Services and will incorporate the use of gasification technology.
