Dan Wagerfield is a real estate lawyer based in London. He has extensive experience of commercial property work, including investment, development, secured lending and landlord and tenant, acting on behalf of private and public sector clients.
Dan has particular experience of high value office developments and “out of town” retail schemes. He also advises on the real estate issues and transactions as they affect corporate end users, and regularly acts for many of our corporate and banking clients on their own book property requirements and strategy.
Dan qualified in 1996 and was made a partner in 2004. He is head of our Real Estate International Business Group, with responsibility for co-ordinating the strategy, know-how and marketing of the group’s 200 fee earners across its worldwide network.
